About

I’m not your everyday alien interpreter.

I’m Katrina Frigeri, and I’m an instructional designer for a Fortune 500 international technology manufacturer. I work closely with software developers, product managers, software requirements analysts, and most importantly, software users. My job is to translate technical gobblygook into practical, tangible, and consumable information.

I’m also a Canadian living in Florida. Life is pretty good here, but I’m distinctly aware (and frequently reminded) of my foreignness. Perhaps my alienness is an asset when it comes to translating software into human language?

These are my stories and adventures.
